These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickDoc, a document management application provided by QuickDoc ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using QuickDoc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

QuickDoc is a document management application that allows you to:

• Upload, organize, and manage documents
• Create folders and organize your files
• Share files and folders with other users
• Connect and import files from Google Drive

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 13 years old
• Not be barred from using our service under applicable law

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Harass or harm other users
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to QuickDoc. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for providing our service.

Our Content

All QuickDoc software, trademarks, and service marks are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

6. File Storage and Sharing

When you share files or folders:

• You control who can access your content
• You are responsible for managing sharing permissions
• Shared users may view, download, or edit content based on permissions you set
• We are not responsible for how shared users use your content

7. Google Drive Integration

Our Google Drive integration:

• Requires your explicit consent and authorization
• Only accesses files you choose to import
• Does not modify or delete files in your Google Drive
• Uses read-only permissions where possible

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily make our service unavailable.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your account and content may be deleted
• You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations
• Certain provisions survive termination

11. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
